Once the order has shipped, CustomMarkers sends a dispatch message with the available tracking details.
Outside the EU
DAP (Delivered at Place) and customs charges.
Shipping calculated automatically
For destinations outside the EU, the configurator calculates the UPS rate based on destination, parcel details and value.
Import costs for the recipient
Under DAP, the recipient pays any local VAT, import duties and customs or clearance charges.
Planning and delivery
Production generally takes approximately 21 days after approval and payment. Transit time follows and depends on the destination, carrier and any customs clearance.
