Terms and conditions
Version 1.2 – August 2026. These terms apply exclusively to business customers. The Dutch version supplied with the quotation is authoritative.
Artwork and production
An approval must refer to the exact mockup and file version. Production is only released after the required checks and approvals have been recorded.
Price, VAT and delivery
The accepted quotation determines the product price, VAT treatment, shipping costs and selected delivery method. Shipping to European countries outside the EU is supplied DAP, with import duties, local taxes and customs charges payable by the recipient.
Business service messages
After delivery, CustomMarkers may send no more than one review request and two reminders about a possible repeat order for similar products. The business customer may refuse this during the request and unsubscribe easily in every relevant message.
